An 1800 meter right-handed course, with a 450m straight.
Avondale provides a high quality racing surface, as well as training facilities for a number of local trainers.
Horses are not stabled on the site.
There are grass, sand, plough and two year old tracks.
Admission: Course and grandstand entry is free. An official Race Day Programme costs $3
Parking: Parking on race days is free and is accessed from Ash Street or from Elm Street Avondale,
Catering Facilties: Tulloch Cafe - 1st floor, Owners & Trainers Stand - open to the public
Food and Coffee caravans.
Owners Privileges and Eftpos: Available from the Secretary’s Office, ground floor, Members Stand.
Bar: 1st floor, Owners & Trainers Stand - open to the public.
